In this role as the Newport News Route Supervisor, your core responsibility will be to ensure excellent client care through building visits, cleaning coverage, regular inspections, counseling cleaners and training new hires. The Area Supervisor oversees client sites throughout Norfolk, Suffolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. This role requires in-the-moment problem solving skills and flexibility in order to meet the client and employee needs as they arise.

This is a service driven role that requires great communication skills (in-person, phone, text and email). Resumes will be considered that demonstrate leadership experience. Janitorial experience is not required.

Benefits include: Company phone, mileage reimbursement, $75 on call rate for weekends.
