Job Position Description:

Our Floor Maintenance Specialist position offers a flexible schedule, unique work environment each shift, & a career to be proud of.

We're looking for someone who can work as a team & take the lead in our project work, including (but not limited to):

• Floor Refinishing

• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

• Window Washing

• & More!

Communication is a must! Standard janitorial work can also be included in the bundle so you have definitive stability between slow seasons. This is a full time position with a combination of projects & janitorial.

Supplemental pay includes quarterly bonuses on all project work completed & occasional tips!

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• The ability to work well independently & with others occasionally

• The ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• The ability to maintain confidentiality

• Skills in establishing & maintaining positive relationships with diverse tenants and staff

• Regular attendance, reliability, and punctuality

• Personal reliable transportation

• Valid Driver's License

• The ability to pass a background check
