Primary Function: Manage day-to-day administrative aspects of running a business with a positive attitude, a desire to work efficiently, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct calls
Design and maintain filing and office storage systems
Maintain office supply inventory
Assist HR with resumes and interviews
Light accounting duties
Assist with payroll
Assist company marketing programs
Make weekly bank deposits
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
