Job Description: Manage the day-to-day operations of the reconstruction team. Ensure the reconstruction team is delivering the highest quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers. implement company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly audits of ongoing projects.
Assist in locating subcontractors, negotiate vendor pricing.
Set and maintain sales goals for department.
Conduct monthly performance reviews with all Project Managers, estimators and coordinators.
Conduct file reviews to insure timelines, profit goals and customer expectations are met
Insure TPA timelines are being met
Qualifications:
Superb customer service track record
Experience in running a midsize construction division.
Effective written and oral communication
Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
High school diploma/GED
Proven ability to manage multiple teams.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Must have valid drivers license
Must me able to pass a background investigation with no felonies
Compensation:
. 65K to 85K base salary based on experience . Bonus and commission based on performance . Company Vehicle . Competitive benefits package
