Job Requirements:

Each team member plays a crucial role in the overall completion of every job. You should be proficient in two or more skills (ex. Framing, drywall, electrical, flooring).

Full time position, Monday - Friday.

Perform all skills with efficiency – quality workmanship and appropriate time management.

Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations. Proper use of safety equipment and gear.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Open and lock facilities and enable and disable security systems, as required.

Requirements and Qualities:

The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-pace, and multitask is essential.

Must be able to plan ahead, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Must be able to read scope and plans, and complete logs, as required.

Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions, and work with minimal supervision.

Must be dependable and punctual.

Maintain a pleasant attitude with team members and provide excellent customer service.

5-10 years of related experience is preferred.

Must have reliable transportation and means of communication.
