    Job Duties:

    This position is part-time with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position. This role is responsible for answering phone calls, and greeting and directing visitors. Data entry is an essential function of this role. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance, while working closely with the entire Executive Team. Some duties you can expect to complete include:

    Answer and direct phone calls.

    Greet and direct visitors.

    Check mail daily and distribute to staff as needed.

    Receive packages and direct deliveries.

    General filing and data entry tasks as assigned.

    Assist with supply lists and orders.

    Communication with the public and team are essential to this role.

    Additional tasks as assigned.

    Requirements and Qualities:

    Qualified candidates will possess an upbeat, compassionate, professional disposition.

    Must be able to read and write English.

    Professionalism in communication via email, phone, and in person.

    Attention to detail.

    Excellent follow-up skills.

    Must be dependable and punctual.
