    Job Position Description:

    Provide support in overseeing the comprehensive operation of designated facilities, ensuring they are consistently cleaned, well-maintained, and adequately staffed to meet the specific needs of customers. Foster and maintain positive, effective relationships with each customer to ensure satisfaction and excellent service delivery.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with the management team to oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations of designated buildings, providing guidance and support to ServiceMaster employees. Ensure that staffing levels align with the building budget and staffing plan. • Conduct regular meetings with building staff to address any concerns, provide updates, and foster effective communication. • Complete required inspection reports on a daily basis, meticulously documenting any discrepancies or issues identified during inspections. • Report all inspection discrepancies to the Division Manager for prompt resolution and follow-up. • Take proactive measures to rectify areas that do not meet ServiceMaster's cleaning standards, ensuring that any deficiencies are promptly addressed and corrected. • Assist in the coordination and execution of special cleaning projects as assigned, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to quality standards. • Notify the Division Manager of any employee absences or consistent tardiness, maintaining clear communication and documentation. • Conduct thorough inspections of assigned buildings to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. • Demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving immediate problems in the absence of staff, making necessary arrangements and coordinating with the team to prevent future incidents. • Assist the Division Manager in maintaining an adequate supply of cleaning materials, paper products, and equipment for ServiceMaster staff to perform their assigned tasks effectively. • Regularly inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order, clean, and safe for operation. • Foster and cultivate a positive relationship with the appropriate building contacts to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. Schedule regular meetings with building contacts to address any specific requirements or concerns. • Provide recommendations for additional services that could enhance the cleanliness and appearance of the assigned buildings, actively seeking opportunities for improvement. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team to contribute to the smooth operation and success of the facilities.

    Physical Demands and Qualifications:

    Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.

    Must have an eye for detail

    1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required

    Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

    The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

    Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
