ServiceMASTER EMT is a Southwestern US Region emergency response restoration franchise covering all of Southern California, Nevada parts of Arizona (CA general contractor) specializing in the return of compromised property to their pre-loss condition. We work with our clients to restore their properties. Our team restores commercial, multifamily, hospitality, medical and educational properties from water damage, flood, fire, smoke, and natural disasters. Commercial Sales Rep - Restoration Industry
ServiceMaster EMT is seeking to hire a full-time Commercial/CAT Sales Rep/Account Manager to create and execute a regional sales and marketing strategy while providing exceptional customer service. Our Account Managers earn a very competitive salary plus Incentive Plan and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan. In the Commercial Sales position, you will be expected to have and develop relationships with those within the Restoration industry that can refer large loss/CAT work to EMT. You will need to be a results- driven sales representative in order to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will look to provide complete service solutions for every customer with the goal to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition and profitability.
Through marketing, you identify and maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. This position will require interacting with people and establishing rapport easily. This will include you representing EMT at times as a spokesperson at meetings, local functions, and tradeshows. You must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
You will be expected to work as a team with all departments within EMT to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth and the success of the entire EMT organization. You should be Customer Service oriented individual with what we term a “Servant’s Heart”. Looking for a motivated Self- Starter not looking to be micromanaged. To be clear, this is a Sales Position - if you can bring the work, you will be paid.
