This part time position offers flexibility, daytime hours, and the ability to advance in the company if desired. The Fire Cleaning Technician will clean fire damage customer contents in our restoration facility, assist with fire and house wide cleaning in the local area, and provide cleaning expertise on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

This position will include but is not limited to:

• perform post construction cleaning, housekeeping activities, and fire restoration work in residential and commercial settings

• will meet insurance company guidelines and timelines as established by each insurance company

• may be asked to perform other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration jobs

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• driver's license with a clean driving record

• ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

• applicants will undergo a criminal background check (clean background check required for many customers)

• this business does do random drug testing

• should be able to work independently or work with/lead a team

• will show up on time for every work day with a positive attitude

• will exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer

This is a full time position.
