    What the job looks like - Job Description:

    The Water Mitigation Coordinator should be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. They should help provide a client experience that creates a positive lasting impression with our clients that differentiates us from our competition. They should be able to assist clients, employees, subcontractors, and management by ensuring a smooth claims process with a fully documented and updated file and confirming that all services are executed in a timely manner according to our service level agreements. They should always be prepared and responsive and should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of the structure division. This includes all duties and responsibilities that are subject to change at the discretion of management and Senior management.

    What we require of you – Must haves:

    Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening.

    Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    What you’ll be doing - To be considered, you’ll need to be able to perform the following:

    Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

    Field client and adjuster calls and provide service and/or updates to meet the needs of the client.

    Create a line of communication between the client, our company, and other interested parties.

    Stay up to date and attempt to meet all Service Level Agreements with ServiceMaster, Third Party Administrators, and Insurance Carriers.

    Review compliance tasks through Restore365 each working day as well as have Crew Chief and Technician’s review the job compliances before going to work site.

    Dispatch Supervisors and Technicians to new projects.

    Scrub compliances for all pending sales and work in progress, problem solve in getting compliances that are past due completed.

    Stay up to date on Web based monitoring platforms, MICA or other platforms, to assist in water mitigation; this includes coordinating monitoring service calls, updating information timely.

    Verify all necessary data is entered into Xactimate (sketches, photos, Demo sheets, etc.) and labeled correctly.

    Responsibility to track down information using all resources available:

    Updating field subcontractors

    Updating internal upload list capturing all information

    Completing file review needed to prepare for invoicing; not limited to participants docs etc. & hand in physical file for invoicing.

    Confirm all subcontractor invoices have been submitted to SM & following up with Subcontractors if needed.

    Assist with Accounts Receivable by accurately verifying payment responsibilities (owner/insurance) and communicating w/ parties if requested.

    Make and document QA calls according to set compliances.

    Ensure fully documented files on all projects daily within internal and external systems.

    Meet each workday with to discuss status of on-going projects and to supervise the following requirements are met:

    Restore365 files are properly documented and up to date (including but not limited to notes, photos, equipment readings).

    ServiceMaster program guidelines.

    Update and maintain structure compliances and job tasks daily.

    Must be accountable for time keeping & follow ServiceMaster’s policies and procedures.

    Consistent attendance is crucial to this position's success.

    All other duties as assigned or needed.

    What the position requires of you - Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

    Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

    Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones etc.

    Fingering and Repetitive motions, such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

    Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, accurately, and receive and act on detailed information.

    Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

    What the job looks like - Employment type:

    Full-Time

    Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
