ServiceMaster Restore does it all: Water, fire, smoke, mold, trauma, bio-hazard, hoarding, odor/pathogen control, reconstruction and more! At ServiceMaster of Salem we unite for the common goal of RESTORING PEACE OF MIND® to our customers.

Primary duties include:

Document loss with clear and descriptive job photos and upload into operating system/software

Writes reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and other estimating software

Estimates using carrier audit standards and manages the estimate based on feedback from client and customer

Communicates with project manager to ensure all required documentation is complete (photos, notes and documents signed)

Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing

Communicate w/ insurance companies, and adjusters via phone and email in a timely manner and acts as a liaison

Creating and cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters

Manage all estimate documents and assess project risks

Addresses estimate exceptions in a timely manner

Having constant and professional communication with our customers

Desired Qualities:

Efficiency in Xactimate software.

Min. 2 years of experience in construction

Proficient in computer and phone usage

Exposure to Microsoft or comparable

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail

Requirements:

Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening

Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record

Must have minimum 3 years construction industry experience.
