Do you have experience in the construction field? Seeking a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our construction division running residential loss projects from start to finish for our Lincoln City office.

Primary duties include:

• Working in Lincoln City 2/3 days a week and Salem the rest of the week.- Writing estimates and project managing all projects in Lincoln County - Scheduling a mix of in house tradesmen and subcontractors.- Revising and updating the schedules of all jobs as needed.

• Acquiring Sub-Contractors that meet budgets based off supplied estimate.- Send and receiving sub-contractor confirmations on scheduling.- Always communicating with our customers as well as internally.

• Be able to document the job process via computer software.

Candidates must have a MINIMUM of 5 years of residential construction experience Must have computer skills since all scheduling will be done on scheduling software and must be able to pay attention to detail. Must be able to pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug screening.
