A local restoration company is looking for a qualified individual to join our sales team to increase revenue throughout the Willamette Valley. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, career-minded, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position reports to the company president as well as the director of sales and has responsibility for growing the company’s sales effort including: achieving sales goals, being active in appropriate networking organizations, building and maintaining relationships with local insurance companies and agents, property managers, business owners, hospitality industry professionals and other commercial partners.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to work in a sales environment and the ability to work under pressure

• Commitment to research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's sales goals.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Valid Oregon Driver’s License and clean driving record

• Must pass a background check / drug screen

• Understanding and experience in the construction industry is a plus
