Must be able to work Monday to Friday

Primary duties include:

Taking the provided estimate form the Construction Division's Estimators and creating a budget and full schedule of repair services for our clients

Scheduling a mix of in-house tradesmen and subcontractors

Revising and updating the schedules of all jobs as needed

Use job housing software to keep job up to date

Continually communicating with our customers; not limited to home/ business owners and adjusters

Must be able to meet deadlines, stay well organized, communicate verbally as well as written.

Need to have computer skills as all scheduling will be done on scheduling software

Must pay attention to detail

Must have excellent communication both verbally and written

Must be able to pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug screening

Must have a valid and clean drivers license.
