Do you have experience in the construction field? Seeking a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our construction division running residential loss projects from start to finish for our Lincoln City office.
Primary duties include:
Working in Lincoln City 2/3 days a week and Salem the rest of the week.- Writing estimates and project managing all projects in Lincoln County - Scheduling a mix of in house tradesmen and subcontractors.- Revising and updating the schedules of all jobs as needed.
Acquiring Sub-Contractors that meet budgets based off supplied estimate.- Send and receiving sub-contractor confirmations on scheduling.- Always communicating with our customers as well as internally.
Be able to document the job process via computer software.

Candidates must have a MINIMUM of 5 years of residential construction experience; have computer skills as all scheduling will be done on scheduling software; and must be able to pay attention to detail.
