We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Controller to join our team and oversee all financial operations of the company.

Position Overview: As the Accounting Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, financial statement preparation, payroll processing using ADP, and other financial reporting as required. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and expertise in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.

Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Process payroll using ADP and ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations.

Manage and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.

Prepare various financial reports and presentations as needed.

Stay up to date with accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred but not required.

Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
