Job Description: As a Construction/Field Tradesman at ServiceMaster by Griffing, you will play a crucial role in our mission to restore peace of mind after property damage. You will work closely with our team of professionals to rebuild and repair properties with precision and care. This position is not just about fixing structures; it's about rebuilding lives and communities. Responsibilities: • Conduct on-site construction and restoration services with a focus on quality and efficiency. • Perform various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and flooring, in accordance with industry standards. • Collaborate with project managers and other tradesmen to complete projects within set timelines and budgets. • Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site to prevent accidents and injuries. • Communicate effectively with homeowners and clients, providing updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy. • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports and material inventory. Qualifications: • Proven experience in construction or a related field. • Proficiency in various construction trades and the ability to work with a wide range of tools and equipment. • Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to work in compliance with all health and safety guidelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision. • Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to changing schedules. • High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or relevant training is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
