ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is a national mitigation and cleaning franchise. We are hiring for a key "technical service" leadership role available within our company in the Residential & Disaster Restoration division. Full-time position is Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00 with on-call rotation. The position includes carrying out individual jobs along with working with crew members in both residential and commercial environments. Examples of jobs but not limited to carpet/upholstery cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, top to bottom cleans, construction cleans, water & fire damage.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55lbs.
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
