We are seeking a Handyman/Painter to perform misc. small repair, painting, and basic maintenance tasks, as requested from our customer, within their warehouse facility in Spartanburg, SC.

Position: General Handyman/Painter - Industrial Facility, Office & Warehouse

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm.

This is a great opportunity for a professional and independent self-starter that does not need much supervision.

Pay: $20.00 an hour. Requirements:

MUST be able to work alone or in a small team. Friendly, helpful, and professional

MUST have previous commercial painting experience.

MUST be physically capable of completing the job. Lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, moving furniture as needed

Previous working experience as a general handyman

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge highly preferred.

Job Duties:

• Basic repair to building and equipment.

• Commercial Painting & touch-up

• Assemble, relocate and/or lift office furniture.

• Install/change light bulbs.

• Assemble and/or install new fixtures.

• Set-up warehouse equipment

• Promptly tend to repairs as needed

• Pay attention to detail while working safely.

• Clean-up after yourself once tasks are completed.

• Wipe down, polish, sweep, and/or wet mop, if needed

• Any other duties that may be assigned/added to each workday.
