At Prospect Meadow Farm, everyone is hands-on—from planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops; to feeding, watering, and grooming the animals; to performing landscaping work at the farm and throughout the community. You’re comfortable with all of it, and as a natural teacher you enjoy sharing your skills with people who are still learning. In addition to knowing how to use gardening tools and landscaping machinery, you have some solid carpentry skills, previous experience in human services, a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license and transportation. And above all, you want to make a difference in people’s lives!
