Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Contract Director and the designated Team Clinician, oversee all activities and operations of the GLE (Group Living Environment). Provide ongoing consultation and supervision of staff. Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team promoting a model of treatment for GLE residents that is informed by the principles of person-centered planning, trauma-informed and strengths-based service provision, and the belief in, and support for, resiliency, hope and recovery.

Position Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations and activity of the GLE (Group Living Environment).
Co-supervise GLE staff with Clinician assigned to GLE. Provide ongoing consultation and direction to GLE staff.
Work one-to-one with GLE participants guided by the clinical staff and in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in the treatment plan. Participate in annual and quarterly meetings. Provide meaningful interactions that promote successful accomplishments of tasks and activities. Work with participants on skill development to achieve identified goals and help maintain community tenure. Use strategies and interventions founded in evidence-based practices to restore and teach skills, as outlined in participants’ treatment plans.
Actively assist the designated Clinician in the development of treatment plans, utilizing a person-centered, trauma-informed planning process. Support participants’ involvement in the development of their treatment plans.
Provide MAP oversight in accordance with MAP regulations.
Provide Representative Payee services to participants in the GLE. Maintain updated Financial Assessments and Money Management Plans.
Oversee and manage the program schedule.
Provide site specific orientation and training to new staff.
Consult with clinical staff regarding crisis or risk situations.
Complete all documentation within expected timeframes, including Service Notes, utilization reports, event reports and other documentation as required in accordance with established program standards.
Facilitate weekly staff meetings. Share staff meeting facilitation with Clinician when present.
Attend and participate in weekly team meetings and other scheduled trainings and meetings as required.
Participate in on-call coverage for GLE. Share in GLE on-call rotation.
Other duties as assigned by Clinical Team Leader or Contract Director.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience working with mental health population.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
Able to pass background screening (CORI).
