    Maintenance Coordinator. Northampton, MA. Fulltime. Position Summary:Put your impressive organizational skills to work as a core member of our Maintenance team—helping to keep our projects on track, on time, and on budget. ServiceNet owns and operates a wide range of community based housing for individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. This position will be 50% in office and 50% travel throughout Western Massachusetts.

    Responsibilities:

    Assure follow-through on inspections, maintenance and construction/renovation projects.

    Manage and maintain our maintenance ticketing system.

    Manage and maintain our properties data base.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in property management; ticketing systems

    Proficient technology skills

    Strong interpersonal & business communication skills

    High level of organization and attention to detail

    Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

    Pay and Benefits:
