Position Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organizations Applicant Tracking System
Distribute all incoming candidates to the appropriate Talent Acquisition Specialist/Hiring Manager
Communicate with Program Directors and Directors of Operations across all divisions to accurately maintain all current and new job postings.
Work directly with Talent Acquisition Specialists assisting with recruitment efforts.
Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to maintain weekly/monthly reports.
Assist with on-boarding as needed.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a manner that gets along with clients customers, co-workers, and supervisors.

Training and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent computer skills.
Prior experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
1-3 years’ experience in residential programming preferred.
Able and willing to travel within Massachusetts if needed.
Must be a team player and able to work with many personality types.

Salary Range- $50,000- $55,000 (based on education/experience).
