Position Summary: Project Management: Overseeing projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance. Ticketing System: Maintain a ticketing system and triage incoming tickets.
This hybrid position would require a diverse set of skills, including project management expertise, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting Senior Managers: Supporting senior staff in planning and implementing projects.
Coordination and Communication: Facilitating communication between different team members and stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Handling project documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Basic Project Tasks: Involving in various project phases, from initiation and planning to execution and closing, under guidance.
Resource Management Support: Assisting in managing resources, including materials and labor.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Education and Certifications:
Certifications (optional but beneficial):
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent
Experience:
Related Work Experience: Roles in administration, coordination, or any position involving organizational and communication skills can be advantageous.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software and tools, basic understanding of the construction or property management industry.
Soft Skills.
Communication: Effective oral and written communication skills.
Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary:
$60,000-70,000
