As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ServiceNet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological vision and strategy. You will lead the technology team, oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions, and ensure that our technology infrastructure supports the company's goals and objectives. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
· Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Fiscal to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Assess skills and develop employees' skills/careers.
· Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, backup, disaster recovery plan, and cloud services to ensure scalability and reliability.
· Security and Compliance/ IT Governance: Implement and maintain best practice security measures and data privacy policies. Be positioned to pass standard IT and HIPAA audits.
· Budget: Develop and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Track expenditures.
. Asset Management: Create and maintain an IT Asset Inventory and lifecycle. Desktop Deployment, configuration, and Mobile Device Management
· Customer Service and Support: Understand the structure of the organization and ensure priority is given to the teams/systems and users that most greatly affect client care and/or operation of the agency.
· Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with technology vendors and third-party service providers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent real-world experience.
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, with at least 10 years of experience.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
