    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Training and Certification team. As Senior Program Manager for our community-created training content, you will manage an entire portfolio of content created by our ServiceNow community. We are looking for someone with experience managing technical training curriculum and a proven track record of producing and managing high-quality content at scale. You must be self-starting, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

    ·       Design, launch, and maintain a global community-created training catalog for our entire ServiceNow ecosystem including administrators, developers, and implementers.

    ·       Design, develop, and own the content governance process for community-created training content.

    ·       Establish curriculum development policies and standards for the community.

    ·       Develop templates for various formats of content including recorded webinars, podcasts, and blogs/vlogs.

    ·       Report on content creation process and progress on a regular basis.

    ·       Assess ongoing needs and opportunities for new content offerings as dictated by business needs and growth; program manage new initiatives.

    ·       Act as primary point of contact for all community-created training projects, customer escalations, and reports.

    ·       Work with internal stakeholders and partners to drive uptake of ServiceNow training offerings.

    ·       Work with marketing team to promote and position this particular portion of our portfolio.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS:

    ·       5+ years of experience in training and certification, preferably in a leadership or program management role.

    ·       Detailed understanding of all aspects of managing a technical curriculum portfolio including content development, training operations, and marketing.

    ·       Experience with building innovative training solutions leveraging industry best practices.

    ·       Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as commitment to quality.

    ·       Understanding of and experience with curriculum development and delivery process preferred.

    ·       Experience with various LMS preferred.
