    Job Description

    Service Now’s Global Cloud Services Program Management team is responsible for program delivery across our cloud environment, touching all elements of the cloud infrastructure. Program scope includes green field site delivery, site expansion, large scale network build and migrations, core infrastructure services design, and deployment. The team is a key partner to the hardware architecture and product development teams and are an integral part of the Cloud Security organization.

    OPPORTUNITY:

    The Vulnerability Management Program Manager will be an integral part of Global Cloud Services team and closely partner with Cloud and Security teams. Role will require deep technical understanding of security and ability to understand ServiceNow architecture and implementations to improve security. This position will run the Vulnerability Management program to include reviewing scan results, risk analysis and calculations to identify true risk within the environment, influence remediation and reporting around vulnerabilities

    Looking for someone who is a passionate about helping the Cloud team to confirm, recalibrate and remediate vulnerabilities within reasonable timeframes

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

    • Monitors, tracks, responds, investigates, and reports in compliance to security requirements, and works with the responsible parties to drive timely results and remediation
    • Partnering with stakeholders to drive down vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ability to generate metrics and reporting to show the efficacy or the program and performance against SLAs
    • Responsible for continuous improvement of the vulnerability management program
    • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and strong technical understanding and experience assessing vulnerabilities and identifying weaknesses in multiple operating system platforms, database and application servers
    • Interpret vulnerability scan results, work with Security and Cloud teams to review, triage, and respond
  • Qualifications

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

    • 5 years' relevant experience in cybersecurity and vulnerability management
    • Industry certifications or training and experience, e.g., CISSP, CCSP or relevant GIAC certifications preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with representatives in explaining security topics clearly and where necessary, in layman's terms
    • General understanding of and passion for linux, web and network security
    • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
    • Familiarity with Azure
    • Deep understanding of HTTP and SSL/TLS protocols, and Web applications  Knowledge of networking fundamentals (all OSI layers)
    • Proficiency in Linux administration
    • The ability to influence and drive change within teams and the organization
    • Strong team player who is proactive and driven to achieve results
