    Co-Op Program Overview

    At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 6-month co-op opportunities across various marketing functions. You will work on real, meaningful projects that impact the business and our customers. In addition to receiving relevant on-the-job experience, you will have numerous opportunities to participate in learning workshops and engaging sessions – all designed to enhance your professional development and help expand your communities.

    What is Brand Marketing?

    The Global Brand Marketing organization’s purpose is to build, protect and scale our brand. We are the storytellers responsible for building our brand’s recognition in powerful, emotional narratives and protecting our reputation in order to continuously grow our base of loyal customers. This includes ensuring consistent, delightful brand experiences across every touchpoint – from our messaging and narratives through to physical experiences.

    We have several co-op opportunities available within the Global Brand Marketing group. Please see details about the individual roles below: 

    CUSTOMER ADVOCACY CO-OP

    • This role will identify and develop customers/stories who will drive the pipe for Brand, Comms and Events activation and amplification. They will also support processes and technology that help us manage our workflows, pipeline, collaboration, requests and reporting to optimize the impact of our team.

     

    SOCIAL MEDIA CO-OP 

    • This role will support social media campaigns through copywriting across our platforms; they will also copyedit for our employee advocacy publishing tool, helping to edit employee submissions to ensure all content reflects our standards for corporate professionalism

     

    STRATEGIC EVENTS CO-OP 

    • This role will work with the audience engagement team to deliver internal and external communications, demand generation, and sales enablement to drive attendance to our Knowledge 2023 event programs.

     

    TALENT BRAND CO-OP 

    • This role will collaborate cross-functionally within the Talent Brand team, most closely working on content strategy and assets that highlight what makes ServiceNow special – inspiring our employees to share their story and creating a global movement around our purpose: to make the world work better for everyone.

    Who you are

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university,
    • Graduating December 2023 or later  
    • Able to commit to full-time (40 hrs/week) co-op experience from Jan 9, 2023 – June 16, 2023 
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Persuasive writing and how to form an argument a plus.
    • Experience in SaaS event tools (RainFocus, Cvent) a plus
    • Graphics design experience with knowledge and skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign) is a plus
    • Social media experience a plus
    • Self-starter with initiative, attention to detail, strong organizational skills
    • Quick, yet thoughtful and decision-making skills; knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help
    • Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategy and hands-on work and to thrive in an ambiguous dynamic environment
