    Job Description

    Opportunities within the larger Customer & Partner organization include:

    PARTNER ENABLEMENT & ADOPTION, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, NEXTGEN PROFESSIONALS, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TEAMS:

    • Help take small to large projects from original concept through final implementation
    • Support and manage overall communication and work with all areas affected by the project including SMEs, Stakeholders, Business sponsors and vendors
    • Attend Team Meetings (Planning, Standups, review, retrospective, etc.)
    • Manage status reporting to support project discussions at Core team, Steering Committee, and Sponsor level
    • Promote organizational understanding of programs and projects
    • Leverage PPM and other platform features to support on time task completion of projects

    CUSTOMER OUTCOMES TEAM:

    • Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement, often in collaboration with a services partner.
    • Manage the engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials.
    • Understand the goals and align the deliverables accordingly.
    • Be the single contact to encourage collaboration.
    • Manage Customer Outcomes to achieve the engagement's deliverables and promote the customer's desired results.
    • Identify gaps between actuals and plan of record, proposing solutions, escalating as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a similar field and on track to graduate between Dec 2023-June 2024 
    • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills. 
    • Experience managing projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
    • Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement
    • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues. 
    • An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. 
    • Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion. 
    • Highly organized and efficient. 
    • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment. 
    • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus. 
    • Previous internship experience is a plus. 
    • PMP Certification course completion preferred
