    Job Description

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:   

    ·       Support creation, execution, and amplification of compelling content and experiences ensuring high quality and efficacy across content channels 

    ·       Effectively manage and clearly communicate overall project timelines and editorial calendar to content and design teams, including project deliverables, and resourcing needs. 

    ·       Lead Integrated Content plans and support companywide Integrated Communications plans.

    ·       Partner with Content Analytics lead to ensure that content drives engagement and measurable business outcomes.  Track metrics and data for content distributed.

    ·       Ensure all content is excellent and on-brand.   

    ·       Develop and maintain a functional content production and publishing roadmap.

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

    ·       Excellent project planning skills – you're a whiz at a spreadsheet and setting timelines.  

    ·       Creative thinker – quick to come up with a variety of options and solutions. 

    ·       A storyteller with excellent editorial instincts, possesses a creative knack for leveraging the specific vernacular of digital media to tell stories. 

    ·       Strong written communication skills and PowerPoint expertise. 

    ·       Detailed oriented. 

    ·       Moves quickly to seize opportunities. 

    ·       Flexible, open to learning new things and sharing operations efficiency expertise. 

    ·       Deadline driven, good under pressure in fast paced environment. 

    ·       Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. 

    ·       Experience with Adobe AEM and Photoshop is a plus.

    WORK PERSONAS

    Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office. 

    REQUIRED IN OFFICE

    A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

    FLEXIBLE 

    A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

    REMOTE

    A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
