    Job Description

    _ Role Summary_

    This is an extraordinary opportunity for a collaborative, strategic thinker and proven operator to partner closely with and report directly to the SVP of Global Learning & Development (GLD) to drive a transformative journey for ServiceNow University. As the VP of Global Learning Development, you will be at the helm of revolutionizing our learning strategies and product management across the GLD organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in understanding the pipeline, capacity, and setting standards to ensure adherence to processes, compliance, reporting, efficiencies, and product management for the GLD Learning Supply Chain. By spearheading innovation strategies, you will enable cutting-edge technology and enhance the learning experience, ensuring seamless integration with other relevant platforms. You will work with teams across the enterprise to lead and collaborate in the development of ServiceNow University (SNU), which will be pivotal to the future of ServiceNow and its DESCO21C mission.

    Key Responsibilities

    Learning Product Management:

    • Co-owns the development of product definition for the ServiceNow University (SNU) along with the Business and drives optimization of the product portfolio.
    • Analyses and evaluates key statistics of target markets and customer requirements to identify new product opportunities for SNU.
    • Works closely with the Business to create & manage products and validates early product definitions for customers.
    • Oversee in and outbound product management.
    • Lead product marketing strategies to ensure effective promotion and adoption.
    • Manage new product introduction, ensuring smooth transitions from development to launch.
    • Oversee product release management, coordinating with relevant teams for timely and successful launches.

    Learning Strategy Development:

    • Shape the overall GLD strategy, including learning strategy, learning experience strategy, vendor strategy, and innovation, aligning with ServiceNow’s business strategy and goals.
    • Define strategic initiatives based on the GLD strategy.
    • Partner with Digital Transformation (DT) to develop and manage learning technology strategy, leveraging AI where possible.

    Learner Persona Strategy and Management:

    • Develop and manage learner personas, including strategies for re-skilling.
    • Oversee internal learner product management, including managing learner load and steering committee (steerco) interactions.

    Learning Innovation:

    • Identify and analyze the benefits and potential risks of emerging technologies to advise GLD leadership.
    • Leverage emerging technologies to continuously enhance learning solutions, processes, and the learner experience.
    • Monitor the use and effectiveness of technology, ensuring that generative AI and other technological learning solutions are delivered in alignment with ethical standards and guidelines.

    **L &D Governance **

    • Establish and manage a learning governance framework, including prioritization, decision-making, compliance, and value case development.
    • Create a data-driven approach for capacity planning, distributing resources, budget, time, and effort across learning initiatives.
    • Design, document, and innovate consistent L&D processes and policies to enable strategic goals.

    Learning Analytics

    • Drive execution of the GLD measurement strategy through collection and analysis of learner feedback.
    • Partners with People Analytics to ensure accurate data and reporting
    • Owns learning program analytics and reporting and makes data-driven recommendations to leadership and the learning experience team on how to drive more effective and innovative learning experiences
    • Provide support to the Transformation lead with learning feedback analytics and reporting to help drive the Transformation agenda

    • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on learning products, strategy, innovation, and transformation.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve the GLD strategic objectives.

    For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $236,700 - $402,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
