    You will be part of the platform foundations team building the next generation digital

    workflow and integrations technologies in the ServiceNow cloud platform. These high-scale

    technologies underpin a broad range of ServiceNow applications used by users of all skill

    levels and roles. This team is responsible to build and maintain Flow Designer core actions,

    the legacy workflow engine, and the approvals product.

    Your role will be to work with your team mates and product owners to develop new actions

    for Flow Designer; investigate and resolve customer issues when the customer support team

    requires technical assistance; and triage and fix defects.

    • Design and implement software will allow customers to extend and customize your solutions
    • Work closely with product owners and development teams to understand detailed requirements, ensuring the success of features across design, implementation, test automation and release.
    • Work day-to-day alongside like-minded passionate and driven engineers focused on delivering the best for our customers.
    • Master and take ownership new functional areas with an eye toward future releases

    Qualifications In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

    • 5+ years of experience in building scalable solutions in a customer facing product at scale
    • Passion for software development and problem-solving in a collaborative environment
    • Expertise in java and object oriented design
    • Expertise in unit and integration test automation.
    • Experience with common integration protocols such as REST, JSON, GraphQL
    • Experience across the full stack of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, SQL) is a strong plus
    • Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
    • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
    • Ability to troubleshoot and debug critical customer issues under pressure
    • Self-starter, with quick learning curve
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Familiarity with an Agile development environment
    • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
