    Job Description

    The Manager, Sales Operations is a strategic business partner to the Sales Operations Organization in the Americas, managing support functions essential to sales force productivity in those Areas. These include sales ops enablement, process and policy documentation, new hire onboarding, systems requirements review and definition, and user acceptance testing. This

    The Manager, Sales Operations will lead a team of Sales Operations Enablement Specialists. This position is required on-site in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Lead a team of Sales Operations Enablement Specialists supporting field sales operations professionals in the Americas
    • Own sales ops process documentation for existing and new tools, processes, and policies
    • Review and maintain Global Quote & Ordering policy updates
    • Actively participate in business requirement review and refinement for all sales tools
    • Participation in User Acceptance Testing
    • Partner with Program Management teams to create a Change Management Plan, ensuring the Sales Operations teams are well prepared and enabled to manage process and policy updates
    • Provide overflow/flex support to Sales Operations Deal teams as needed
    • Partner with deal team management to identify system adoption metrics, common issues, and enablement needs
    • Own the sales operations global landing page, ensuring easy access to the most up-to-date sales operations processes and policies
    • Own and improve the new hire training program
    • Effective team management to ensure consistency and professionalism in training
    • Create a culture of inclusivity and partnership
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • 5+ Years proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization
    • Proficient in the use of sales methodologies and sales force automation tools
    • Provided direct sales rep support on deal structuring and understanding of customer contracts guiding upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Previous experience supporting and fostering relationships with Sales Leadership
    • Broad-based change management skills

    For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $102,780 - $179,820, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
