    Job Description

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:  

     

    • Manage T&E interdepartmental and cross functional projects ensuring end to end program integrity
    • Provide management with Metrics on finance operations strategic targets/automation progress
    • Manage compliance related audit tasks ensuring timely execution of system enhancements working with platform support
    • Support small to large IT Business Applications programs/projects from original concept through final implementation
    • Monitor all Policy changes for follow on system impact ensuring end to end implementation and vice versa
    • Perform UAT on all enhancement/changes to T&E systems
    • Fulfill adhoc reporting requests, identify best source for delivery (BI, Concur, Appzen, Analytics, SAP) and whether a recurring schedule is required
    • Support M&A charters as needed for impact assessment and requirements
    • Support New Entity implementations ensuring card program and SAP/Concur fulfillment
    • Collaborate on program enhancement strategic initiatives
    • Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendors
    • Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking
    • Preferred experience in SAP, Concur, Excel, Reporting, Implementations
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

    • 6-8 years of hands-on project management experience
    • Experience managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
    • Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement
    • Experience guiding teams and provide technical solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
    • Experience overcoming project crisis
    • Preferred experience in SAP, Concur, Excel, Reporting, Implementations
