We strive for continuous improvement and promote alignment across teams and departments.  

    WE HAVE CO-OP OPPORTUNITIES ON THE FOLLOWING TEAMS: 

    • Business Performance Insights 

    • Marketing Automation 

    • MarTech 

    • Partner & Customer Insights 

    • Planning, Budgeting & Enablement 

    • Segmentation & Data Operations

     

    WHAT YOU MAY WORK ON:  

    • Collect, query, standardize, and cleanse structured, and unstructured data used for campaigns and other go to market business initiatives.  

    • Source and append marketing data to increase and improve marketing efforts  

    • Perform recurring audits against core data source systems to ensure data integrity and reliability required for business analysis and insights  

    • Troubleshoot lead and data alignment issues across our MarTech stack. (e.g., Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM (Dynamics 365)) 

    • Assist with and provide insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases.  

    • Implement improvements and troubleshoot changes utilizing new and existing platforms/tools  

    • Partner with GSD Sales Operations in driving new leads into Conversica, monitoring responses, and reviewing data sets to drive future target segments.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university 

    • Graduating December 2023 or later  

    • Able to commit to full-time (40 hrs/week) co-op experience from Jan 9, 2023 – June 16, 2023 

    • Quickly grasps the essence of new issues and concepts 

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and achieve requested due dates.    

    • Technical proficiency with MS Excel a MUST; formatting, lookup comparisons, formula usage and pivot table summaries  

    • Integrity – “doing the right thing” to protect and preserve our data as a treasured corporate asset  

    • Some basic knowledge of data extraction, analysis and transformation. 

    • Process driven and analytical approach in problem-solving  

    • Knowledgeable of database management concepts and best practices  

    • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPivot, Access, and PowerPoint. Bonus if experience in SQL, computer languages (I.e., R, SQL) or databases.
