Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Commercial Inside Sales Representative ("Commercial ISR") to join our expanding Inside Sales team. You have a track record in new business pipeline generation through to close, over the phone. The Commercial ISR will produce new business sales revenue from software licenses within Small and Midsize Business (SMB) and Mid-Market accounts for clients with less than 1,000 employees in a defined geographic territory. This will be achieved through territory planning, including researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within an assigned territory.
Performers within the Inside Sales Team have gone on to excel in many different roles at ServiceNow.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
The Commercial ISR builds relationships with clients while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned territory.
