    Enhance User Engagement: Make our content easy to find, download, and read on various devices. Facilitate user engagement through comments, shares, and other interactive elements.

    Optimize Presentation: Focus on meta-factors that impact user experience, such as font choice, layout, video and sound quality, captioning, and ad integration.

    Channel Management: Oversee content publication across multiple channels, including blogs, video platforms, and social media. Determine the optimal mix of free, gated, and paid content.

    Content Promotion: Develop strategies to effectively promote content, ensuring it reaches the right audience and is easily found on preferred channels.

    Personalization: Tailor content to individual users by recommending streams based on their interests. Create a logical progression to guide users through their customer journey.

    Holistic Approach: Combine content elements, presentation, and digital context to create a cohesive and enjoyable content experience.

    Audience Perspective: Continuously view content through the audience’s eyes, focusing on how enjoyable, interesting, coherent, and accessible it is. Ensure it aligns with our brand and business goals.

    Careful consideration will be given to applicants who are Adobe Cloud Certified in AEM Sites & AEM Assets.

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Product Manager.

    • Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field.

    • Strong understanding of content experience, customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX).

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively and think creatively.

    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and presentation.

    • Proficiency in various content management systems and digital marketing tools.

    • Adobe AEM Experience:

    • Hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and other core functionalities.

    • Proven track record of projects built in the AEM stack.

    • Proficiency in AEM development tools including Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets.

    • Strong understanding of AEM development best practices, including component development, sling models, HTL/Sightly, and OSGI bundles.

    • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, with the ability to integrate frontend code with AEM.

    • Experience integrating AEM with third-party systems and services using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

    • Ability to customize AEM functionality through custom components, workflows, and servlets.

    • Proficient in testing AEM applications and components, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

    • Familiarity with AEM testing frameworks and tools, such as JUnit, Mockito, and AEM Mocks.

    • Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in AEM and related technologies.

    For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $156,420 - $273,780, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
