    Job Description

    What you get to do in this role:

    The Customer Outcomes Principal Business Process Consultant design processes, built on ServiceNow, to achieve customers' desired outcomes. You will develop expertise related to the processes enabled by the ServiceNow platform.

    • Apply ServiceNow knowledge and IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM/EAM) domain expertise in customer engagements to provide optimum workflows.
    • Design efficient workflows based on ServiceNow IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM/EAM) product capabilities and leading practices, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations.
    • Draft user stories and trains customers to create their own user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them.
    • Be an active contributor of leading practices, and provide expertise related to the ServiceNow platform or solutions and workflows built on the platform.
    • Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers.
    • Maintain skills / certifications on Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management for IT Asset Management.
    • Work with partners, in a co-delivery engagement, bringing leading practices guidance to the customer and partner team.
    • Play an important part of the Now Assure offering working with ServiceNow Partners.
    • Support the professional development of others through means of mentoring.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • 12+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) in an IT Service Delivery / Shared Services environment, while providing thought leadership to IT sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
    • Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state IT processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective with a focused prowess on implementation of technology
    • Strong understanding with leading IT and related systems and tools such as Flexera, SNOW Software, BMC, Microsoft, SCCM along with experience with Oracle, IBM, Adobe and Microsoft licensing models.
    • Understanding of end-to-end procurement, request, allocation & reclamation process flows
    • Ability to interact with customers in regard to contract management
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
    • Industry domain expertise in IT Asset Management
    • Creativity with comfort running projects independently
    • Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
    • Experience working collaboratively
    • ServiceNow certifications in Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management
