    Job Description

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:  

    • As part of the Now on Now team at ServiceNow, prepare, format, fact-check, and present executive-level reporting on all customer engagement metrics on Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual basis. 

    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder audiences for program metrics and to account for accuracy of documented product ownership, timeliness, and consistency of manually provided data, inclusive of all customer activity metrics from IT leadership 

    • Create and update metrics, reporting and dashboards for the internal Now on Now team and executive audiences 

    • Utilize predictive intelligence capabilities for providing Business-driven analytical insights and predicting Now on Now goals 

    • Build scalable/actionable analytical insights around Now on Now reporting 

    • Collaborate with Now on Now product portfolio manager to enhance reporting capabilities within Now on Now applications 

    • Proactively seek out and implement metrics improvement and automation opportunities to drive down manual work 

    • Work with cross functional teams to consolidate data sources across critical functions and to set up processes to triage any data quality issues 

    • Learn ServiceNow products and Now platform to support metrics and reporting

    IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE NEED SOMEONE WHO: 

    • Has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics 

    • Brings 5+ years of quantitative research/ data analysis/ insights experience resulting in product enhancements, customer satisfaction, efficiency improvements 

    • Comes with hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, Performance Analytics, BI tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, etc.  

    • Shows a strong appetite for carrying out data intensive discovery and assume pride in high degree of accuracy when delivering metrics and reporting 

    • Can analyze data from multiple sources using tools such as MS Excel/ Access, Tableau, etc 

    • Expert-level skill set in Microsoft Excel including advanced calculations and macros 

    • Is highly detailed oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver at a high quality level 

    • Has superior analytic skills with a data-driven and growth mindset   

    • Willingness to operate with a large set of executive stakeholders in a high-growth, pressure prompted, environment

    WORK PERSONAS

    Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office. 

    REQUIRED IN OFFICE

    A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

    FLEXIBLE 

    A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

    REMOTE

    A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
