    The Role

    The ServiceNow Marquee Business is focused on getting our most strategic customers to value across the end-to-end customer journey from pre-sales to post-sales. Our vision is to revolutionize the enterprise software experience to drive exponential returns for our customers. As a part of the Strategic Initiatives team within the Strategic Accounts org, this role will be integral to building, running and evolving our executive sponsorship program. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within the Strategic Accounts organization to provide strategic guidance and thought partnership on executive sponsorship. This role will help prepare executive sponsors/account teams for strategic interactions with customers and partners. Success in this position requires a proven ability in operational excellence with strong project management skills and the ability to influence all levels of the organization. Earning trust with key stakeholders and building a sense of ownership across teams is critical.     Responsibilities:

    Drive a global Executive Sponsor program to effectively leverage senior ServiceNow Executives to elevate relationships with our Marquee customers and be the key executive touch point for our customers. • Oversee a portfolio of senior ServiceNow leaders who are Executive Sponsors and monitor their relationships, progress on key customer touch points, coach on how to build and maintain relationships with the customer, and tips on how to leverage the account team. • Contribute requirements for dashboards to support Executive Engagements and capturing the ~2500 relationships across C-Suite of the Marquee business, such as the Executive Engagement Dashboard, Executive Scorecard, and CxO Heatmap. • Provide informed executive sponsor assignment recommendations that will best support a strategic engagement with the sponsored account . • Collaborate with other programs that leverage ServiceNow Executives, ensuring efficiency and clarity internally and with our customers such as Marketing, EBCs, Global Advisory Council, and CxO Initiatives team. • Understand and communicate the results and drive continuous improvement for the program by utilizing data combined with valuable feedback from Executives and Account teams. • Help develop content for both executive sponsors and account teams, including presentation decks, email templates, success stories, and beyond as appropriate. • Build deep relationships and drive alignment with teams that will participate in the Executive Sponsorship program - Executives, Executive Assistants, Chief of Staffs, Customer Advocates, Communications, Enablement and Account Teams. • Develop an engagement journey through clearly defined touchpoints to help foster the Exec Sponsor community, promote engagement, and educate our field teams, such as quarterly webinars, email / Teams communication, etc. • Create and distribute scalable best practices for executive sponsors and account teams. • Contribute to after action reviews with exec sponsors on what’s working well, what are opportunities for improvement, and what else exec sponsors need to be successful • Recommend Global GTM strategy based on feedback, create a plan to operationalize, and execute changes • Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches • Contribute to stretch projects within our team strategic pillars.

    4-8 years experience in consulting, sales, account management, or customer success experience preferred

    • Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and building consensus and trust • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas in a concise manner

    • Self-starter and a problem-solver with a bias for action

    • Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results

    • Strong leadership skills; able to manage multiple extended or virtual teams

    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

    • Detailed knowledge on enterprise software and the SaaS industry
