     Managing Knowledge management programs and initiatives Act as an agent of change, being assertive and proactive in anticipating situations requiring collaboration, negotiation and change  Collaborating with stakeholders, champions/early adopters, and exec staffs. Updating status of projects and execution of project readiness. Summarization for stakeholders on surveys/feedback conducted Able to analyze adoption metrics and present to exec staffs Creativity of contents for raising awarenes

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE: 10 years of industry experience incl. Program management, Knowledge management, and change management 5 years experience working in Knowledge management, and Change management role; KCS certification a plus! Excellent knowledge of topic-based writing Proven experience making knowledge base content accessible to internal and external audiences Ability to obtain information through research, interviews, and hands-on experience Ability to work with geographically distributed team members and subject matter experts Experience working with cross-functional knowledge management teams Developed, monitored and reported on knowledge-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive ROI and self-service Motivation and ability to be productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Self-direction, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn
