    Job Description

    At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week internship opportunities all over the world across various business functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and dedicated Summer Coach to further grow their careers with us. Opportunities within the larger Global People organization include:

    CARE DELIVERY & PROCESS EXCELLENCE TEAM

    Global People Care is our HR Shared Services team, who provide the support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding/offboarding). A GP Care intern would:

    • Analyze user experience data and provide recommendations to address business needs
    • Document, review and ensure that all quality and change control standards are met
    • Collaborate and pair with other Global People team members (HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Care Delivery, etc.) to map system solutions
    • Create solutions where information is easy to find, consume, and understand
    • Communicate ideas and solutions to end user and product team members
    • Participate in and contribute to learning activities around modern software design and developing core practices (communities of practice)

    TALENT ACQUISITION OPTIMIZATION TEAM

    As a Program Management Intern on the TA Optimization team, duties may include:

    • Assist with the coordination and completion of projects tasks on time, within budget and within scope.
    • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
    • Support ensuring that projects come to completion and will get the opportunity to present your findings to upper management.
    • Acquire change management and executive communication skills for the project you are involved with.

    Examples of Programs you may support:

    • Early in Career Programs
      • Develop quick reference guides and other educational tools for the recruiting team, hiring managers and interviewers
      • Own key projects/deliverables within EIC to support the evolving EIC strategy
      • Help optimize all aspects of the EIC lifecycle from sourcing to screen
      • Oversee all aspects of a project and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
      • Monitor and summarize progress of project(s).
    • Professional Recruiting
      • Partner with PMO to ensure projects are globally consistent and solutions are scalable
      • Ensure there is a clear measurement strategy for projects to measure success and identify areas of opportunity Focuses on elevating professional recruiting operations through efficient processes that allow TA to scale effectively and drive long-term success
      • Partner with Enablement to ensure TA have the required training and tools for any process improvements
      • Represent TA on projects led outside of TA PMO

    TOTAL REWARDS TEAM

    The Compensation & Benefits Intern will be a critical trusted partner in supporting all aspects of Total Rewards.

    In this role, you will:

    • Support administration of the company's benefit programs across ServiceNow, regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements.
    • Support the planning and development of these programs, while analyzing benefit costs.
    • Ensure company compliance with regional laws.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university, and graduating on or after December 2023
    • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders
    • Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details.
    • Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
    • Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input
    • Passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging
    • Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion.
