    • Develop, enhance, and support the evolution of partner program & differentiation modules.
    • Drive adoption and socialization of Partner Program strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders.
    • Create tracking and analytics dashboards to manage and report program success.
    • Track and enhance KPIs and success metrics of partner programs.
    • Support in partner program messaging to partners and field teams as necessary
    • Escalation support from various internal and external stakeholders
    • Drive Interlock with Partner Marketing, Partner Operations, Finance, Accounting, and the Alliance and Channel Org.
    • Identify needed enhancements and capabilities to help drive partners' adoption and growth.
    • Support partner program annual and ad-hoc policy updates which incorporate cross-functional input and objectives.
    • Creating/updating program guide, FAQs and other program documentation
    • Deliberate with senior Alliances & Channels Ecosystem (ACE) and other cross-functional leaders to evolve program differentiation modules and measurable benefits and KPIs.
    • Engage and collaborate with all stakeholders, including internal teams' Go-To-Market, Enablement, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, IT and participant partners.
    • Represent ServiceNow across organizations with the cultural sensitivity and business maturity appropriate to corporate access and level of responsibility.
    • Be the “voice of the partner program” in internal and external partner facing meetings.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • BA or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.
    • 7 years’ experience working in a partner organization in a program management / alliances / enablement role.
    • Experience in working with Reseller, Service Provider or Consulting partner programs is required.
    • Experience working in a SaaS / Cloud environment and Alliances/ Partner Programs environment is desirable.
    • Experience in differentiation-oriented partner programs spanning sales & solution specializations is a huge plus.
    • Proven understanding of channel and sales processes, systems, tools.
    • High energy level and a “can do” attitude.
    • Strong and collaborative people skills with a win-as-a-team attitude.
    • Effective time manager, capable of delivering/executing the tactics on multiple projects on time.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
    • Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within a large organization.
