    Job Description

    As a Marketing Optimization Co-Op, you will be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing campaigns promoting our business. You will work closely with IT, regional Marketing Operations, Digital, and Sales to support all aspects of campaigns development and execution, email marketing campaigns, and improving lead generation processes through our CRM (Dynamics365) and Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo). Working with ABM team to deliver data and reporting to enable the team with the insights they need for leadership. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Documentation of system process, architecture and training materials
    • Troubleshoot lead and data alignment issues across our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM (Dynamics 365)
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database (net new and existing database).
    • Assist with and provide insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases.
    • Support in the planning and implementation of process/projects
    • Implement improvements and troubleshoot changes utilizing new and existing platforms/tools
    • Foster communication and information flow between HQ and geo marketing teams
    • Build and monitor new conversations within AI platform (Conversica)
    • Partner with GSD Sales Operations in driving new leads into Conversica, monitoring responses and reviewing data sets to drive future target segments.
    • Support build and launch of monthly Marketing Operations Newsletter
    • Assist ABM Marketing Operations lead with ad-hoc data requests and reporting
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled at an accredited University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, or a similar field
    • Graduating May 2023 or later
    • Able to work full time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours from July - December 2022
    • Process driven and analytical in your problem-solving approach
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledgeable of database management concepts and best practices
    • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPivot, Access, and PowerPoint or any statistical software (ie Tableau), computer programming languages (ie R, SQL), or databases
    • Excellent organizational skills 
    • Able to build good cross functional relationship with a variety of teams
    • Proactive and work well in a deadline driven environment

    FLEXIBLE 

    A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

    REMOTE

    A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
