TEAM We are seeking exceptional, passionate and self-driven Staff Engineers in the rapidly growing Conversational Interface Platform team to build highly innovative products in automated and intelligent chat domain. Conversational Interface incorporates ML and NLU technology to make the chat agent smarter and more intelligent. With the advance of ML algorithm and ever-enrichment of the content, virtual agent is able to support the customer’s response with no or little human intervention. It is an era that ML truly can help human in the service industry. Conversational Interface provides the platform to manage the flows, topics, agents (both live and virtual) and customer chat sessions in a holistic way to enable other applications such ITSM, CSM and HR to improve the interaction effectiveness between the clients and backend service providers. IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS:
IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:
Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform and API’s
Experience in developing chat/virtual agent applications.
Expertise in unit and integration test automation
Experience with relational databases: Oracle, MySQL MS SQLServer
Familiarity with Unix shell
