    What you get to do in this role:

    The Sales Operations Manager is a strategic business partner to the Global Sales Operations Organization, managing support functions essential to sales force productivity in those Areas. These include shaping quoting tool requirements, guiding associated sales ops enablement, process, policy documentation, and user acceptance testing.

    This position is required on-site in San Diego, CA, or Waltham, MA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Actively drive and define business requirements review for all sales tools, ensuring global consistency in sales ops processes

    • Coordination and participation of Global Sales Ops User Acceptance Testing

    • Ensure comprehensive planning for systems changes and associated readiness for both Sales and Sales Operations

    • Drive Sales Tool adoption within Sales Ops, by ensuring all team members are well-versed in system processes, policies, and enhancements

    • Work with Sales and Sales Ops Enablement teams to ensure we have comprehensive process documentation for existing and new tools, processes, and policies

    • Partner with Program Management teams to create a Change Management Plan, ensuring the Sales Operations teams are well prepared and enabled to manage process and policy updates

    • Participate in the Sales Ops Change Champion program, ensuring our change champions are aware of upcoming system improvements and can continue to drive awareness and adoption of our tools

    • Create a culture of inclusivity and partnership

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • 5+ Years proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization

    • Proficient in the use of sales methodologies and sales force automation tools

    • Previous experience supporting and fostering relationships with Sales Leadership

    • Provided direct sales rep support on deal structuring and understanding of customer contracts guiding upsell and cross-sell opportunities

    • For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $102,780 to $179,820, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
