WHAT IS CUSTOMER ADVOCACY?
The Customer Advocacy team at ServiceNow identifies, develops and produces customer stories and spokespeople that bring the impact of ServiceNow and the success of our customers to life. Since customer success and stories are central to everything ServiceNow does, Customer Advocacy has an exciting vantage point that connects across product, sales and multiple marketing channels. Our focus in on building and nurturing our robust base of ServiceNow Customer Advocates, then delivering Advocacy services across sales and marketing, including 1:1 sales references, group reference calls and customer story amplification.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Customer Advocacy Co-op will play an integral part in identifying and developing customers/stories who will drive the pipe for Brand, Comms and Events activation and amplification. Also support processes and technology that help us manage our workflows, pipeline, collaboration, requests and reporting to optimize the impact of our team. Qualifications
Who you are
Currently enrolled at an accredited University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, and/or PR/Journalism, or creative types with a passion for this work
Graduating May 2023 or later
Able to work full time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours from July - December 2022
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Able to build good cross functional relationships with a variety of teams
Can-do, scrappy, creative spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish.
Self-starter with initiative, attention to detail, strong organizational skills
Quick, yet thoughtful and decision-making skills; knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help
Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategy and hands-on work and to thrive in an ambiguous dynamic environment
An understanding of B2B and Human2Human approaches to storytelling

WORK PERSONAS
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
REQUIRED IN OFFICE
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
FLEXIBLE
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
REMOTE
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
