    Job Description

    The Timmons Group marketing team has an immediate opening for a motivated MARKETING INTERN interested in supporting the collection and documentation of our marketing collateral. The primary role of this position will be to work closely with marketing managers to collect, review, and publish marketing collateral on Timmons Group internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This important effort will increase the accessibility of existing materials, improve the overall consistency and quality of the materials, and create a singular voice across multiple disciplines and regions.

    Although the primary job function is centered around improving our CRM database library, the Intern will also have the opportunity to shadow Marketing staff to learn the entirety of the competitive proposal process and engage with engineering and technical staff across a wide variety of disciplines.

    In addition to the primary job function described above, the successful candidate will have opportunities to engage and assist with:

    • Development of proposals
    • Production of proposals
    • Development of presentations and supporting materials
    • Site-visits / tours
    • Candidate must be actively pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with a preference given to candidates entering their Junior or Senior year.
