What you get to do in this role:

• Fuel ServiceNow’s Innovation Engine by:
  • Working across our Legal team and other functions to bring strategic offers to market. Ensure the correct legal terms and processes are in-place; and enable our account teams to sell using those terms.
  • Supporting Acquisitions and Investments through due diligence, deal closure and GTM planning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal roles; software/SaaS experience is an advantage
• BS, MBA Business Administration, or Legal
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes
• Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams
• Program management experience a plus
• Strong logic and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines
