    Job Description

    At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 6-month co-op opportunities across various communications functions. You will work on real, meaningful projects that impact the business and our customers. In addition to receiving relevant on-the-job experience, you will have numerous opportunities to participate in learning workshops and engaging sessions – all designed to enhance your professional development and help expand your communities.  We have three different co-op opportunities available. Please see details about each role below: 

    ANALYST RELATIONS CO-OP  

    • Build a strategy and execute programs to help the Industry Analyst Relations team use crowdsourcing sites like Gartner Peer Insights and G2 to build strong customer reviews of ServiceNow.  

    • Lead aspects of event planning and content creation for ServiceNow’s highly acclaimed Industry Analyst Summit.  

    • Understand and analyze analyst research and reviews of ServiceNow.  

    • Work across teams to support announcements, new products coming to market, like our platform releases, and manage analyst communication.

     

    EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS CO-OP 

    • Support development of communications plans and writing across a variety of projects within the Global Employee Communications and Engagement team (including crisis and issues management, new world of work, and other global programs, etc.).  

    • Help with updates to our communications channel ecosystem, including documenting training, best practices and metric reporting. 

    • Gain experience in companywide employee event experiences (e.g. our company All Hands called Now Live) through leading an engaging opening video concept. 

    • Support our business and culture communications including our ongoing focus on our company purpose, priorities (including our People Pact), and values.

     

    PUBLIC RELATIONS CO-OP 

    • Communicate complex topics effectively and create a range of content, from press releases and blogs and social posts to executive briefing materials and creative briefs, within the enterprise technology landscape. 

    • Support PR strategies for driving media coverage, working closely with subject matter experts, executives, internal thought leaders and PR agency team. 

    • Collaborate with global PR teams on driving successful launches, announcements, PR programs, and other awareness opportunities globally. 

    • Monitor industry and market-related news and events to assess opportunities for rapid response and dedicated media outreach. 

    • Support ServiceNow’s annual user conference, Knowledge, which attracts 20,000+ attendees as well as industry events.

    Who you are

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university 

    • Graduating December 2023 or later 

    • Able to commit to full-time (40 hrs/week) co-op experience from Jan 9, 2023 – June 16, 2023 

    • A quick, yet thoughtful decision maker who knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help 

    • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, detailed, and organized with ability to manage time and multitask 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills 

    • Passion for storytelling and identifying trends
